ThePropAudit earns affiliate commissions when you purchase evaluation plans via our links. These commissions do not influence our scoring or rankings. All affiliate relationships are disclosed by the presence of our tracking link format.

We make reasonable efforts to keep prop firm data accurate and up to date. However, firm rules, pricing, and availability change frequently. Always verify current terms directly with the firm before purchasing. ThePropAudit accepts no liability for decisions made based on information on this site.

5. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not submit false purchase evidence, fake reviews, or otherwise attempt to defraud the rewards system. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.

6. Points and rewards

Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. ThePropAudit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time. Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity.

7. Reviews

By submitting a review, you grant ThePropAudit a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. Reviews must be genuine accounts of your own experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our review guidelines.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThePropAudit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on information contained herein.
